Defence Secretary Makes Middle East Statement

THE Defence Secretary has made a statement on the security situation in the Middle East

Ben Wallace said “Since October 2019 there were 14 attacks on coalition bases in Iraq.”

“We are in discussions with the Iraqi government and urge them to ensure the coalition can continue its fight against Daesh.”

Jeremy Corbyn responded by saying “It is illegal to kill foreign leaders without evidence of an imminent threat.”

Thus suggesting he didn’t want to upset Donald Trump.

Mr Wallace replied “The prime minister is running the country and he believes in cabinet government.”

“He thought it was appropriate for me to attend.”
