Tory Manifesto Out Next Saturday

THE Conservatives are planning to bring the publication date of their manifesto forward to next Saturday, TBG can reveal.

The move is to ensure that it has “maximum impact” because postal voting forms start to land on people’s doorsteps from the following Monday.

TBG understands that ministers will being called in to sign off their sections in the coming days.

Boris Johnson hinted yesterday that affordable childcare was the “holy grail” and that the manifesto would look at the “ages at which it should be funded.”

In a direct reversal of Theresa May’s big idea of 2017, Boris is widely expected to ditch her proposed social care reforms.
