Trump: Bad Terrible Things Will Happen Under Corbyn

DONALD Trump sensationally intervened in the UK General Election less than 24 hours after it was confirmed.

In a sensational interview with LBC hours before the Brexit Party declare their intentions for the General Election campaign, President Trump said that Boris Johnson and Nigel Farage should combine and become an “unstoppable force” to prevent Jeremy Corbyn taking Britain to “bad places.”

The US President said the Prime Minister and the Brexit Party leader would make a “terrific” team if they could agree a pact before the general election.

In an interview on Mr Farage’s radio show, Mr Trump said: “I wish you two guys could get together”

“I think it would be a great thing.”

“You would really have some numbers because you did fantastically in the last election.”

Trump’s intervention forced Downing Street to issue a statement and Jeremy Corbyn to jump on the bandwagon.

Mr Farage’s half-hour LBC radio interview with Mr Trump was timed to coincide with the Brexit Party’s election launch tomorrow, at which Mr Farage will reveal how many candidates he is fielding, his strategy and whether he will himself stand to be an MP.

TBG understands that as things stand the Brexit Party intend to field 27 candidates in Labour stronghold seats with Yvette Cooper their top target.

Mr Farage once again offered Mr Johnson an electoral pact, saying he would be “right behind him” if he switched to a no-deal Brexit.

The Prime Minister has repeatedly insisted there will be no deals with the Brexit Party.

Turning to the Labour leader the US president added: "Corbyn would be so bad for your country, he'd be so bad, he'd take you in such a bad way.

"He'd take you into such bad places. But your country has tremendous potential, it's a great country."
