
BORIS Johnson laid the foundations for a Conservative general election campaign today as he delivered a Queen’s Speech aiming to “re-energise” Britain after Brexit.
Among 26 bills include:
Plans to cut crime, get criminals off the streets and keep people safe.
Investing an extra £1.8 billion in our NHS on top of 32bn already announced and upgrading hospitals across the country
Investing an extra £14 billion in schools, to help give all young people the same opportunities to succeed.
Boris told TBG - “It’s time to get Brexit done and get on with delivering on Britain’s priorities: safer streets, better hospitals and improved schools ”
“I believe everybody should have equality of opportunity and that means you've got to have fantastic education around the whole of the UK."
