Bercow To Give Brexit Coup The Green Light

FRESH from his summer break in Turkey Speaker Bercow is to allow an MP coup on Tuesday, TBG can sensationally reveal.

As things stand, MP’s will be allowed to snatch power from the government to pass anti Brexit legislation.

However, Cabinet minister Michael Gove refused to guarantee that the government would abide by it if it passed.

Gove told TBG “Let's see what the legislation says” before stating that the government was not not doing anything "to facilitate a no deal."

Labour’s Shadow Brexit Secretary Sir Keir earlier told the BBC's Andrew Marr Show - "The legislation is intended to ensure we don't leave without a deal, that will require an extension."

"The length of the extension is secondary, frankly."

"We have simply got to stop us leaving without a deal."

Responding to Keir Starmer’s comments, Michael Gove told TBG - “Keir’s intention is clear.”

"His intention is in essence to say that after three years through which the referendum result has not been respected, to have more delay, and in that sense, we see the light at the end of the tunnel, we see a deal coming down the line, and just as we see the light at the end of the tunnel, heis saying: 'Let's have more tunnel.'"

"What I hope we are doing is heading to leaving the EU on the 31st of October, honoring that referendum result and I hope MPs this week will give the Prime Minister the time and the space to secure a good Brexit deal that I know is out there."
