'No Politics in Here Please' - Farage Booted Out of JD Wetherspoons.

APPARENTLY things went rather tits-up when Nigel turned up for his public meeting with Roger Helmer in Newark this past weekend, TBG can reveal.

The word is that the UKIP Leader had to be asked to leave the Buttercross pub, a J.D. Wetherspoons Pub in the Bingham area of Newark, by the local landlord after getting up a few noses.

Staff said "No politics in here please", then showed him the door. A number of Tory supporters who witnessed the incident were however allowed to stay.

A UKIP Spokesperson told TBG that, "A Labour scum landlord asked Nigel Farage to leave."

The pub in question is now directing all enquiries to the J.D. Wetherspoons' press office.

It's not the first time Farage has been thrown out of a pub. In April the UKIP Leader was asked to leave Bath's Bell Inn Pub for filming inside.
