Poll Shows UKIP 'No Flash in The Pan' as Hundreds of Tories Descend on Newark.

Conservative Party activists in Newark, Saturday

A SENSATIONAL poll commissioned by Paul Sykes, set to be published today, found that a whopping 86% of the 4.3 million people who voted for UKIP in the European Elections say they will stay loyal to Nigel Farage in the 2015 General Election.

The poll, by Com Res, found that 37% were "certain" to vote UKIP and 49% were "likely" to do so.

Newark was today invaded by a Tory Road Trip 2015 army of over 600 supporters & activists hours after a separate poll for The Sun found that the Tories lead UKIP in the by-election contest by 36% to 28%.

A member of the public was quoted as saying - "In Newark, you're never more than 6ft away from a Conservative activist." Frightening thought if you think about it, for UKIP of course.

After the bumper attendance to the Newark #RoadTrip2015 'Action Day' some Tory activists are now claiming to actually be the real "Peoples Army", a phrase coined by Nigel Farage after he romped to victory in the Local & European Elections.
