Four in Five Tory Members Want EU Referendum.

A new poll has found that 80% of Conservative Party members say that an EU Referendum should be a "red line issue" at the next election that is "non-negotiable".

That's according to a poll for Conservative Home.

David Cameron has pledged one in 2017 but only if he wins an outright majority at the 2015 General Election.

The Lib Dems are vigorously against a referendum and could still demand the 2017 poll plan be scrapped if the Conservatives do not win an outright majority.

The news comes on the same day that the Lib Dems leading Cabinet troublemaker, Vince Cable, is set to tell a business audience in The City that "we need to kill all the scare stories about the EU".
