Punch And Judy Return to PMQs.

If Red Ed Miliband has been involved in secret talks to reform PMQs as Nick Robinson alleged last month he showed little support for his cause today.

The Labour Leader took it to a new low today by trying to score party political points over the issue of the floods. However, whilst Red Ed was busy coming out with soundbites and punchlines others had different ideas.

No less than five south-west MPs from all parties were much more dignified and in return they got from the Prime Minister not just a good response but a statesmanlike one too.

Cameron was in tip-top form not just in slaughtering Red Ed but in also showing how serious he takes the issue especially considering that in the last few minutes the Met Office have issued a very rare "significant weather event warning" for the weekend.
