Top Tories bash EU again.

Michael Gove and Phil Hammond are the latest figures to join the great EU Debate.

Whilst Mr Gove told the Mail on Sunday that he believes it is time to tell the European Union to "give us back our sovereignty or we will walk out" Mr Hammond told the BBC that "the balance of" powers was currently not right."

David Cameron said last week that a review of the balance of powers between the UK and the EU would be likely to lead to a referendum on Britain's relationship with the EU after the next election.

However, that failed to calm down Tory Euro-sceptics like Liam Fox, John Redwood, Henry Smith and Bill Cash who would rather the issue be dealt with sooner rather than later.
